Our Founder
Alyssa Carrier, CEO of AC Disaster Consulting, founded Carrier of Hope on a deeply personal premise.
After years of navigating the emotional and physical complexities of infertility, Alyssa experienced firsthand the myriad barriers that can impede the journey to parenthood. This profound personal journey ignited a broader mission: to dismantle barriers and create pathways to opportunity for all, extending beyond the realm of fertility challenges. Her vision encapsulates a holistic approach, aiming to reach individuals and communities across a spectrum of needs.
Alyssa’s commitment is to advocate and help foster access to resources, and opportunities that are not dictated by one’s financial standing, geographical location, or life circumstances. While the initial spark for the foundation was kindled by her infertility journey, Alyssa envisions an expansive scope of impact.
From educational programs to health services, and beyond, the foundation seeks to empower individuals to overcome their unique challenges. Through this work, Alyssa aspires to cultivate a community that thrives on empathy, inclusivity, and mutual support, propelled by a broader commitment to societal well-being and equity.
Our foundation, the Carrier of Hope Foundation (COH), therefore, is not defined by its origins in fertility support but is propelled by a broader commitment to societal well-being and equity.
Additionally, we were proud to make a $5050 donation to The Trevor Project, the world’s largest suicide prevention and crisis national organization providing crisis intervention organization for LGBTQ+ young people.
